Product Manager, Kubernetes - PerfectScale (Ukraine / Contractor)

Job Description

DoiT is seeking a Product Manager to work on PerfectScale, a Kubernetes optimization and management solution. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining clear requirements for the engineering team, bridging the gap between product vision and development, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role involves proactive engagement with stakeholders to remove roadblocks and drive product execution.Responsibilities:

• Write clear, well-defined requirements, user stories, and flows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver features.
• Refine product-market fit and enhance user experience.
• Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and industry trends.
• Define success metrics and track adoption.
• Partner with marketing and sales for go-to-market strategies.
• Act as the customer’s advocate.
• Influence PerfectScale’s integration within DoiT’s ecosystem.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of product management experience in Kubernetes.
• Strong technical knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and containerized environments.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Ability to analyze data and extract insights.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in post-acquisition integration is a plus.
