Senior Product Manager (Workflows & Automation)

Job Description

DoiT is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategic roadmap and execution of governance capabilities, focusing on CloudFlow and Threads, within the DoiT Cloud Intelligence platform. This role aims to empower customers with tools to automate actions and workflows, fostering accountability and transparency in cloud deployments. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of governance capabilities at DoiT.Responsibilities:

• Develop deep understanding of the business, clients, users, & their needs.
• Identify important problems and build a coherent strategy and roadmap.
• Build requirements that align product solutions closely to customer needs.
• Drive, track, and document progress against plans.
• Collaborate with Executives and cross-functional leadership.
• Maintain competitive and market awareness.
• Verify readiness of features for release to clients.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in product roles, building capabilities for B2B SaaS products.
• Well-informed on cloud and SaaS technologies.
• Familiarity with workflows and automation capabilities in SaaS products.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
• Ability to influence and work collaboratively with people in all SDLC roles/teams.
• Strong technical skills.
• Understanding of how to set expectations combining a roadmap of technical and business driven objectives.
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing nature of the SaaS market.
• Comfort making difficult decisions with uncertainty and imperfect data.
• Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
