Senior Product Manager (Workflows & Automation)

Job Description

DoiT is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategic roadmap and execution of governance capabilities, focusing on CloudFlow and Threads, within the DoiT Cloud Intelligence platform. This role is crucial for empowering customers to automate actions and workflows, ensuring accountability and transparency in their cloud deployments. The ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of the business, clients, and user needs, proactively identifying key problems and building a coherent strategy with measurable objectives.Responsibilities include:

• Developing a deep understanding of the business, clients, users, and their needs.
• Identifying important problems and building a strategy and roadmap.
• Building requirements that align product solutions closely to customer needs.
• Driving, tracking, and documenting progress against plans.
• Collaborating with Executives and cross-functional leadership.
• Maintaining competitive and market awareness.
• Verifying readiness of features for release to clients.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product roles, building capabilities for B2B SaaS products.
• Well-informed on cloud and SaaS technologies.
• Familiarity with workflows and automation capabilities in SaaS products.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive with strong critical thinking skills.
• Ability to influence and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical skills.
• Understanding of how to set expectations combining technical and business objectives.
• Ability to adapt to the fast-changing SaaS market.
• Comfort making difficult decisions with uncertainty.
• Fluent English communication skills.
