Job Description
DoiT is seeking a Technical Writer to join their UX/UI team in EMEA. This is a remote role based in the UK, Spain, or Ireland. The Technical Writer will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to create and maintain customer-facing documentation for DoiT's products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a desire to become a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities:
  • Become a subject matter expert in DoiT's product.
  • Create, update, and maintain customer-facing documentation at DoiT Help Center and the Developer Hub.
  • Collaborate with Product managers, engineers, and designers.
  • Manage multiple documentation tasks in any given sprint.
  • Contribute to other technical knowledge articles at DoiT.
  • Participate in tooling and process improvements.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years experience in writing, editing, and reviewing technical documentation for B2B SaaS products.
  • Basic understanding of cloud technology (AWS, Google Cloud, Kubernetes).
  • Experience and knowledge of DocOps.
  • Proven ability to gather information from multiple channels.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience building documentation websites with static site generators and markup languages like Markdown/MDX.
  • Understanding API best practices.
