Job Description
DoiT is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their sales team in Japan. This is a remote position within Japan. DoiT is a global technology company that helps companies leverage cloud technology to drive business growth and innovation. They provide solutions to navigate the complexities of multi-cloud environments and improve operational efficiency.

The role involves:
  • Identifying and nurturing high-quality leads based on DoiT's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) in the Japanese market.
  • Engaging with decision-makers at target companies through multi-channel approaches (email, phone, video, social selling).
  • Utilizing tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Copilot, and Crunchbase for lead prioritization and personalized outreach.
  • Effectively communicating DoiT's differentiated value proposition, tailored to the Japanese cloud market and individual company needs.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and cloud vendor partners to optimize lead generation.
  • Creating sales opportunities and setting up business meetings to contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Achieving and exceeding KPIs in daily outreach activities, HQL creation, and business meeting opportunities.
  • Providing market trends and campaign feedback to support ongoing market localization and GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy optimization.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of domestic events, webinars, and workshops to promote new customer acquisition.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of sales experience in B2B SaaS / cloud-related services.
  • Native-level Japanese communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong desire and track record of achieving goals.
  • Ability to work in a team and build relationships across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
