Job Description
Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior or Staff Security Engineer to enhance its Threat Detection and Response capabilities. The successful candidate will join a growing Security team and report to the Head of Security and IT. This role involves defining the detection roadmap, building detection infrastructure, and responding to security threats to Grow Therapy's user base.
Responsibilities include:
- Detecting, responding to, and defending against threats.
- Defining and driving the Threat Detection roadmap.
- Maturing Incident Response and Remediation processes.
- Responding to security events, triaging, and performing incident analysis.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to drive remediations.
- Building and optimizing detection rules.
- Developing runbooks and incident playbooks.
Requirements:
- 5+ years (Senior) or 8+ years (Staff) of experience as a Detection and Response Engineer.
- Experience in monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.
- Experience leading the development of company-wide detection and response strategies.
- Experience designing detection strategies in complex, high-scale environments.
- Familiarity with automated vulnerability identification tools and triage processes.
- Ability to stay updated with developments in the threat landscape.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
