Contract Management Associate

Job Description

Grow Therapy is seeking a Contract Management Associate to join their Contract Management & Implementation (CM&I) Team. In this role, the Contract Management Associate will manage high-impact payor contracts, drive process improvements, and act as a subject matter expert on payor contract management and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payor contract and fee schedule management with experience managing and developing payor relationships. Additionally, the candidate will have a proven ability to enhance and streamline operational workflows.Role involves:

• Implementing newly executed payor contract data.
• Driving best practices for contract review and documentation.
• Providing guidance on interpreting complex contractual language.
• Leading audits of existing payors for missing information.
• Maintaining accurate LinkSquares Governing Summaries.
• Resolving complex rate discrepancies.
• Serving as a primary liaison for payor contract escalations.
• Working closely with internal teams to flag potential payor compliance issues.
• Maintaining and optimizing the payor contact list.
• Leading efforts to document, analyze, and optimize rate management processes.
• Implementing a quality control process for uploaded rates.
• Owning the rate discrepancy process.
• Driving key initiatives related to contract execution and payor partnerships.
• Collaborating with various teams to optimize workflows.
• Providing strategic recommendations to leadership.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in insurance operations, contract management, or payor relations within a healthcare setting.
• Deep understanding of insurance contracts, payor fee schedules, provider reimbursement models, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proven experience managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to review, interpret, and improve rate management processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Google Drive, CODA, JIRA, Slack, Retool, and other contract management tools.
