Job Description

Constructor Tech is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join their Agentic AI team. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying a platform that orchestrates autonomous AI agents for scientific workflows. The engineer will collaborate with scientists, data engineers, and designers to create production-grade features that accelerate research processes.

Role Involves:

• Architecting and implementing a modular, microservices-based agentic AI platform.
• Developing APIs and SDKs for integrating AI assistants and external tools.
• Building and integrating autonomous agents using LLMs and reinforcement learning.
• Incorporating specialized tools for literature research, knowledge mapping, and computational research.
• Fine-tuning and benchmarking deep learning architectures for domain-specific tasks.
• Ensuring high code quality and participating in code reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing production-scale ML/AI systems.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and knowledge graph technologies.
• Expertise in Python and familiarity with relevant frameworks and libraries.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.
