Job Description
Legend Biotech is seeking a Sr. Director of Biostatistics & Data Analytics to lead the Data Analytics function. This role involves overseeing Biostatistics, Statistical Programming, and Data Management activities for CAR-T cell therapy studies. The Senior Director will report to the Chief Medical Officer and play a key role in shaping Legend’s data strategy.
Role Involves:
- Leading Biostatistics, Programming, and Data Management functions.
- Defining and executing data strategy across the development portfolio.
- Leading the design and execution of statistical strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Providing oversight and strategic guidance to CROs.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in clinical development.
- Experience leading early-phase trials and complex study designs.
- Deep understanding of statistical software (e.g., SAS, R).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
