Operations Support Specialist

Job Description

Legend Biotech is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join their Technical Operations team in Raritan, NJ. This role supports the production of personalized cell therapy in a sterile cGMP environment. The Operations Support Specialist will work within a team, following a production shift schedule.Role involves:

• Performing support-specific tasks.
• Real-time floor service.
• Kitting and kit cleaning.
• Inventory management and data entry.
• Sample management and data entry.
• Aseptic cleaning of equipment.
• Cryopreservation.
• Recording production data.

Requirements:

• H.S. Diploma with relevant experience, or a Certificate/Associates/Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health services field.
• 0-1 years of Operations experience within a cGMP environment.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to build strong partnerships.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Clear communication skills.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Sufficient vision and hearing.
• Ability to handle human-derived materials in a BSL-2 cleanroom.
• Ability to accommodate shift work and unplanned overtime.
