Job Description
Auctane is seeking a Customer Success Associate to minimize customer and revenue churn on non-managed accounts. The Customer Success Associate will use data and analytics to identify at-risk customers and engage with them to resolve concerns. They will leverage their platform and industry knowledge to find creative solutions and identify opportunities for efficiency and monetization.

Role involves:
  • Diagnosing and documenting areas of revenue and retention risk.
  • Engaging customers to understand their needs and ensure they recognize value.
  • Proactively engaging with clients via phone, email, and Zoom.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
  • Acting as a customer advocate within the company.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities to enhance the experience.
  • Utilizing customer success tools and data analytics.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or G.E.D
  • One or more (1+) year’s customer service experience
  • Experience in customer de-escalation
  • Customer service and product experience
