Job Description
Auctane is seeking a Customer Success Associate to minimize customer and revenue churn on non-managed accounts. The Customer Success Associate will use data and analytics to identify at-risk customers and engage with them to resolve concerns. They will leverage their platform and industry knowledge to find creative solutions and identify opportunities for efficiency and monetization.

Role involves:
- Diagnosing and documenting areas of revenue and retention risk.
- Engaging customers to understand their needs and ensure they recognize value.
- Proactively engaging with clients via phone, email, and Zoom.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
- Acting as a customer advocate within the company.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities to enhance the experience.
- Utilizing customer success tools and data analytics.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or G.E.D
- One or more (1+) year’s customer service experience
- Experience in customer de-escalation
- Customer service and product experience
