Job Description
Auctane is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for ShipStation in Australia and New Zealand. This role is based in Sydney, Australia, and requires working in the office three days a week.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional marketing programs to improve customer acquisition.
  • Understand the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform marketing plans.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Find and create partnerships and participate in events with local organizations and influencers.
  • Work closely with the sales team on lead follow-up and conversion.
  • Drive the creation of content including webinars and locally optimized content.
  • Work closely with the performance team to optimize and improve media spend.
  • Drive local website and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years in a similar operational marketing role.
  • Proven track record of delivering growth in market.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
