Job Description
Boulevard is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Customer Support to lead its dynamic customer service team. The Customer Experience group is responsible for launching, supporting, and strengthening relationships with Boulevard customers. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Customer Support and involves ensuring high-quality support, balancing speed and quality, overseeing daily operations, and driving performance improvements.
Role Involves:
- Leading and mentoring a team of customer support agents.
- Overseeing daily operations and team workload.
- Implementing processes to resolve escalated customer issues.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify workflow optimizations.
- Aligning support strategies with business goals.
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and team member growth.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in customer support, operations, or tech support.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of Excel and Salesforce.
- Proven ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
