Senior Infrastructure Engineer II

Job Description

Boulevard is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer II to join their Platform & Infrastructure team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's cloud infrastructure on AWS. They will collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of cloud-based applications and services.Role involves:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Developing and automating CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting infrastructure issues.
• Implementing security best practices and compliance standards.
• Collaborating with development teams to optimize application performance.
• Staying updated on emerging cloud technologies.
• Participating in on-call rotations.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proven experience in an infrastructure engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services (Lambda, S3, Postgres).
• Strong experience with Terraform.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python or Bash).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline).
• Understanding of security principles for cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Elixir is a plus.
