Job Description

Carrot Fertility is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to bolster its expanding global presence, with a specific focus on the EMEA region. This role is integral to driving localized marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure resonant messaging in target markets. The ideal candidate possesses experience in launching products within EMEA and spearheading integrated campaigns to support them. This individual thrives in a collaborative setting and is enthusiastic about supporting diverse marketing endeavors, spanning from content development to campaign execution.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with global sales and customer success teams to develop localized marketing materials
• Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager and Design Team to create and adapt content for target markets
• Work closely with Product Marketing, the Director of Comms, Global Sales, and Customer Success teams to shape our messaging in target markets
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships that drive awareness and engagement in EMEA
• Assist with Product Marketing efforts, helping to refine messaging and positioning for new product launches in the region
• Research market trends and customer insights to inform localized marketing strategies
• Analyze marketing performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Maintain and update regional marketing assets, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all materials
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends in target markets
• Assist with localized website updates

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of marketing experience
• Based in the UK
• Experience launching products in EMEA and tailoring marketing strategies for regional audiences
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and creative teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Comfort with the ambiguity inherent in a fast-paced startup environment
