Carrot Fertility is seeking a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst to support their rapidly growing sales team. This role involves working in a collaborative and dynamic environment, partnering with cross-functional teams such as sales leaders, finance, member operations, and enablement, to drive meaningful change. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Own and Analyze Sales Data

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related analytical role
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC)
- Experience with sales analytics and forecasting
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
