Job Description
Cresco Labs, a large, vertically integrated, multistate operator in the cannabis industry, is seeking an experienced and reliable Administrative Assistant to support its Leadership Team at their Chicago Headquarters. The Administrative Assistant will work directly for senior-level executives, helping drive business decisions while maintaining confidentiality.
The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, passionate, and professional, capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Role Involves:
- Assisting in the creation and execution of executive communications.
- Managing leaders’ calendars, including travel, meetings, and events.
- Managing and submitting expenses using the online Concur management tool.
- Accompanying senior-level executives in corporate meetings to own the agenda, record notes, and send follow-ups.
- Acting as a key resource for the team by independently seeking out answers to questions.
- Driving productivity within the team by keeping executives on track with project deadlines.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
- Handling ad hoc and overflow projects as necessary.
- Providing back-up coverage for other executive support admins as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, minimum of 3 years supporting Executive Leaders
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel, calendar management and minute taking.
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Must be able to work in the Chicago office 5 days a week, for at least a full 8-hour day, hours could fluctuate depending on daily needs
- Ability to have flexible hours to meet business needs (some remote work at night and on weekends upon request).
- Proficiency with SAP Concur to book travel and process expenses
