Processing Technician

Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Processing Technician for their Lincoln, IL location. The Processing Technician will operate equipment to process and sort harvest material, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in a food production or similar manufacturing environment and adhere to strict health and safety policies.

The role involves:

• Processing harvest flower material by hand and with trimming and sorting machine
• Partnering with the sorting team to ensure smooth transition of product and maximize efficiencies
• Grating and sorting processed material
• Weighing and logging material
• Collecting samples and performing tests to ensure quality
• Ensuring machine is cleaned and sanitized and maintaining a sanitary work environment
• Safely transporting products from workspace to storage area
• Contributing to different functions across the operation

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience working in a food production or similar manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, loud and challenging environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level
