Collections Adviser, Financial Health

Job Description

Monzo is seeking a Collections Advisor to join their Financial Health team. This role is fully remote within the UK. The Collections Advisor will be responsible for identifying and supporting customers who may be struggling with debt, offering them compassion and solutions. They will utilize their understanding of Monzo’s lending products and credit file details to assist customers.Role involves:

• Identifying and supporting customers struggling with debt.
• Offering compassionate solutions and options.
• Understanding Monzo’s lending products and credit file details.
• Communicating with customers via in-app chat, calls, and emails.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory obligations (FCA).

Requirements:

• Ability to start on August 18th, 2025, and attend 7 weeks of training.
• Prior experience in Collections, Debt Recovery, or Customer Service is advantageous.
• Background in supporting customers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Keen eye for detail and high standard of work.
• Understanding of regulatory obligations (FCA).
