Monzo is seeking a Collections Adviser to join their Financial Health team. This role involves identifying and supporting customers who may be struggling with debt, offering them compassionate assistance and various options. The Collections Adviser will utilize their understanding of Monzo's lending products, credit file details, and decision-making processes to provide the best solutions for customers.
  • Identifying and supporting customers struggling with debt.
  • Communicating with customers via in-app chat, calls, and emails.
  • Understanding and adhering to regulatory obligations (FCA).
  • Maintaining a keen eye for detail and a high standard of work.
  • Prior collections or debt recovery experience.
  • Background in customer support, preferably in a contact center.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to start on 9th June 2025 and attend 7 weeks of training.
  • Salary of £24,750 to £26,000 (or £27,250 if based in London).
