Job Description
Cresco Labs is seeking a Packaging Agent for their Yellow Springs, OH location. This role involves executing packaging tasks, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a sanitary work environment. The Packaging Agent will also operate and troubleshoot automation equipment and assist other departments as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Executing tasks assigned by department leadership.
- Measuring, packaging, and labeling products.
- Comparing product with product standards to ensure quality.
- Maintaining a sanitary work environment.
- Safely transport products from workspace to storage area.
- Operating/troubleshooting automation equipment.
- Assisting other departments.
Requirements:
- 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure.
- Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
- Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus.
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
