Packaging Agent

Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Packaging Agent for their Fall River, MA location. The Packaging Agent will be responsible for executing tasks assigned by department leadership, measuring, packaging, and labeling products, comparing product with product standards to ensure quality, maintaining a sanitary work environment, and safely transporting products from workspace to storage area. The agent will ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance.

Requirements:

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
• Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus
• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
