Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Retail District Manager for its Sunnyside dispensaries in Illinois. This role is responsible for the profitability of multiple dispensaries and their teams, ensuring the region achieves key metrics and goals. The District Manager acts as a link between the Sunnyside brand vision and the store operations, focusing on providing access to high-quality cannabis and knowledge.

The role involves leading and motivating Retail Managers, managing P&L for a territory, and possessing skills in conflict resolution, strategic thinking, and talent management.

Responsibilities:

• Build a high-performing dispensary management team.
• Assess management performance and develop a leadership pipeline.
• Coach and inspire employees to achieve goals.
• Uphold a culture of accountability and forward-thinking.
• Respond to manager's questions and concerns.
• Analyze business metrics and implement action plans.
• Partner with HR to resolve employee relations concerns.

Requirements:

• 7-9 years of Retail Management Experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and adaptability.
