Cresco Labs is seeking candidates for Retail Leadership Opportunities at Sunnyside* dispensaries in Florida. The role involves inspiring and developing teams, building retail business fundamentals, and ensuring the brand vision of providing access to high-quality cannabis and knowledge is upheld in store operations.
Role Involves:
- Developing, coaching, and inspiring employees.
- Driving profitable sales through forecasting and customer service.
- Assessing team performance and developing a leadership pipeline.
- Analyzing business metrics and implementing action plans.
- Managing inventory and online platforms.
- Establishing key business partner relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and laws.
- Supporting outreach efforts and community partnerships.
Requirements:
- 5-9 years of Retail Management Experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to learn and teach technical and product information.
- Strong business acumen and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and adaptability.
- Experience working with HR teams.
- Passion for retail and the cannabis industry.
