This role focuses on collaborating with and nurturing early-stage customers, driving their growth and success. The Account Manager will strategically assess customers, communicate effectively, and guide them through compliance processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategically assess customers and tailor communication.
  • Call high-potential customers.
  • Guide customers through compliance.
  • Articulate and understand key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of B2C sales and/or relationship management experience.
  • Experience sustaining high-value relationships.
  • 2-3 years of experience hitting productivity targets.
  • Proficiency in using various software and technology platforms, including CRM.
  • Ability to understand implications of actions and make recommendations.
