This role focuses on collaborating with and nurturing early-stage customers, driving their growth and success. The Account Manager will strategically assess customers, communicate effectively, and guide them through compliance processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Strategically assess customers and tailor communication.
- Call high-potential customers.
- Guide customers through compliance.
- Articulate and understand key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of B2C sales and/or relationship management experience.
- Experience sustaining high-value relationships.
- 2-3 years of experience hitting productivity targets.
- Proficiency in using various software and technology platforms, including CRM.
- Ability to understand implications of actions and make recommendations.
