Senior Product Manager, Network Growth

Job Description

Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Merchant Growth team. This role is within the Network Growth team, which aims to make Affirm a ubiquitous payment method. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and grow integrations with platform partners such as Stripe and Adyen. They will focus on optimizing the merchant experience throughout the lifecycle, from onboarding to driving sales and improving conversion.

The role involves:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and grow integrations with platforms.
• Defining the best-in-class merchant experience.
• Building relationships with platform partners to gather feedback and insights.
• Defining and prioritizing product features and requirements.
• Creating and managing the product roadmap for merchant growth initiatives.
• Developing success metrics/OKRs to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
• Working with design and engineering teams to develop and launch new products and features.
• Partnering with commercial and product marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
• Monitoring industry trends and the competitive landscape.

Affirm is looking for someone who:

• Has directly managed multiple technical software products.
• Is comfortable diving into technical details, iterating on designs, and analyzing data.
• Possesses strong discipline, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Has a bias towards action and can navigate obstacles effectively.
• Can turn ambiguous inputs into a solid action plan.
• Has experience shipping high-quality products on time.
• Familiarity with SQL and Excel for product analysis
