Marketing Lead, New Games

Job Description

Metacore, a mobile game company known for its hit game Merge Mansion, is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive the strategy and execution of new games marketing initiatives. The Marketing Lead will be based in Helsinki and will join the New Games team, conducting market research and concept testing, managing asset production, and collaborating with game teams and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong product marketing and leadership skills to transform early ideas into global successes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a small team of marketing professionals.
• Drive early concept validation through market research and concept testing.
• Manage marketing production, including key art, store assets, and UA creatives.
• Partner with new game teams to provide marketing support throughout the product lifecycle.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience in the game industry.
• Great understanding of product marketing and user acquisition.
• Knowledge of early-stage game development and market research.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Leadership and management experience.
• Readiness to work in a changing environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to take ownership.
• Prior experience in managing external partners.
