Solutions Architect

Retool is seeking a Solutions Architect to help customers leverage the Retool platform. The Solutions Architect will address technical problems, increase solution-building capacity, and work with system integration partners. This role involves hands-on building of Retool applications, integrating the platform, and advising on solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Advising and implementing full-stack solutions using Retool
• Helping partners deliver services to customers
• Developing new service offerings
• Assisting with scoping, estimating, and selling professional services engagements
• Serving as a trusted advisor to customers
• Identifying and leading strategic initiatives
• Managing customer expectations

The ideal candidate should have:

• 5+ years of engineering experience
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-facing experience
• Full-stack development experience (SQL, Javascript, APIs)
• Problem-solving skills
