Job Description
MiQ is seeking an Account Manager to manage flagship accounts and drive growth within the UK business. The Account Manager will collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Trading, and Product, both in the UK and globally. This role involves maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring strong revenue streams for MiQ. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on client relationships and strategic thinking.
Responsibilities: - End-to-end account management of MiQ’s flagship clients.
- Overseeing the post-sales process of German and International clients.
- Leading troubleshooting and alleviating the trading and product teams from technical troubleshooting where possible.
- Working closely with the creative team to produce bespoke builds for campaign activation.
- Leading the setup of different products or studies activated on a campaign.
- Identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Driving and leading client relationship management.
- Regular meetings with clients face to face in both the UK and Germany.
Requirements: - Fluency in German (both written and spoken).
- 2–3 years of client-facing experience in programmatic advertising.
- Background in Account Management and/or Sales Support.
- Willingness to travel to Germany 4–5 times per year.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
