Job Description
MiQ is seeking a Senior Account Manager in Tokyo, Japan, to support the growth of revenue in the JAPAC business. The Senior Account Manager will work closely with various departments, manage flagship accounts, drive growth, and implement strategies. The role requires a focus on client satisfaction and ensuring strong revenue streams for MiQ in Japan.
Responsibilities include:
- End-to-end account management, including retention, scaling, and growth.
- Ensuring operational excellence across the campaign lifecycle.
- Leading troubleshooting efforts and resolving client queries.
- Identifying and converting incremental opportunities.
- Owning specific AM processes for Japan.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Driving relationship management across the business unit.
- Leveraging MiQ’s data and solutions to devise growth strategies.
- Representing MiQ at industry events.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ client-facing experience in programmatic advertising.
- Client Services / Sales Support / Ad-Ops background.
- Exceptional level of organization and conscientiousness.
