Job Description

MiQ is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their team in London. MiQ is a programmatic media partner for marketers and agencies, specializing in data science, analytics, and programmatic trading. The IT Support Engineer will assist the UK based Senior Systems Engineer with temporary cover during busier times and vacation periods. This role requires the candidate to be onsite 3 days a week at the London office.

Role involves:

  • Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support for MiQ users.
  • Monitoring and responding to hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Offering technical support through email, Slack, ticketing desk, and in-person.
  • Ensuring conference room solutions are functional.
  • Installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software systems.
  • Assisting with onboarding new hires.
  • Hardware setup and decommissioning.
  • User account setup and decommissioning.
  • Maintaining Network Infrastructure and resolving issues.
  • Proactively monitoring and maintaining associated systems.
  • Contributing to special projects within IT teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar onsite role.
  • Strong knowledge of MDM solutions (JAMF, Jumpcloud).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Experience with Okta and Jira is beneficial.
  • Basic networking skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MacOS and Windows technologies.
  • Experience with AV and conference room technology (Logitech advantage).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability to a multitasking environment.
