Job Description
MiQ is seeking a Program Manager to join their PMO department in Bengaluru. The Program Manager will be responsible for devising, planning, and executing program management frameworks tailored to the company's business objectives. This role involves tailoring generic frameworks to specific needs, establishing appropriate working methods, and managing programs in close collaboration with high-performance technology teams using agile methodologies.
  • Device, plan and execute on Program Management frameworks
  • Design metrics / goals and right measurements for showcasing the progress
  • Identify and call out risks / issues and design the mitigation approaches
  • Drive continuous improvements and health checks in the program delivery
  • Tracking change control procedures
  • Capacity planning, managing and utilizing resources across projects
Requirements:
  • 10+ years’ experience in developing products and at least 3 years of Business Program Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a must
  • Experience of having been able to execute at least 2 annual business objectives
  • Skilled in Agile Project / Program Management, scheduling and risk management
  • Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure or GCP
  • Leadership skills to drive and make high performance teams deliver on a common business objective
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working on JIRA
