Job Description
MiQ is seeking an Account Manager in Sao Paolo, Brazil. This role involves nurturing client relationships and expanding business within a portfolio of advertisers. The Account Manager will provide excellent client service, strategic insights, and maintain operational standards. They will collaborate with sales, trading, product, and analytics teams, working with well-known brands.
Responsibilities:
- Craft and present insight reports.
- Identify incremental opportunities and strategize new solutions.
- Support a portfolio of clients, ensuring optimal performance.
- Work with regional teams to meet client demands.
- Identify gaps and establish strategic processes for new product rollouts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to encourage thought leadership.
- Attend AM-related trainings and complete Accreditation modules.
- Lead weekly pod syncs and regional Board meetings.
- Articulate how MiQ’s approach sets the company apart.
- Strategize to grow existing client business.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of advertising technology or media planning experience.
- Experience with Programmatic Advertising.
- Commercial experience in servicing advertisers.
- Presentation skills.
- Experience with Google Campaign Manager, Sizmek MDX.
- Microsoft Office Suite expertise.
