Job Description

Passes is seeking a Senior Product Designer to create user experiences for its platform. The Senior Product Designer will play a crucial role in creating intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user experiences for Passes' products.

Role involves:

• Leading the design process from research to implementation.
• Designing and building products from zero to one.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Creating user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Conducting usability testing.
• Designing and iterating on user interfaces for mobile and web applications.
• Developing and maintaining design systems and guidelines.
• Presenting design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
• Staying up-to-date with design trends and technologies.
• Ensuring design quality and consistency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5 - 8+ years of experience in product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
