Job Description
Passes, founded by Lucy Guo in 2022, is seeking an Acquisitions Team Lead to manage a team of Acquisition Specialists focused on creator recruitment and onboarding. The Acquisitions Team Lead will report to the Head of Partnerships and will be responsible for developing and executing the creator acquisition strategy, building relationships with key creators, and ensuring the team meets recruitment targets while maintaining Passes' quality standards.
The role involves:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of 3-4 Acquisitions Specialists.
- Developing and implementing data-driven creator acquisition strategies.
- Reviewing and approving high-value or strategic creator partnerships.
- Collaborating with Creator Success, Support, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Staying informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Experience working at a technology company, marketplace, or platform business.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to guide decision-making.
- Familiarity with digital media landscapes and online platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems, analytics tools, and performance tracking methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
