Job Description
Passes, a rapidly growing tech platform, is seeking a Brand Partnerships Manager to build relationships with brands and drive revenue. This role involves educating stakeholders about the Passes platform and creator community, developing a sustainable partnership framework, and achieving business-level results for brands and creators.Passes was founded by Lucy Guo in 2022 and has attracted top talent from some of the world’s most recognized companies.Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture relationships with advertising & marketing specialists at brands and agencies.
  • Provide ongoing support to partners and address their questions.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations that drive forward the platform’s mission and values.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for brand partnerships.
  • Secure business opportunities that benefit both brands and the creator community.
  • Manage a book of business, including lead generation, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in brand partnerships, advertising sales, or a similar role.
  • High impact presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
