Passes is seeking a Creator Acquisitions Specialist to join their team in Hollywood, CA. This role focuses on identifying, recruiting, and onboarding creators who align with Passes' mission and values. The Creator Acquisitions Specialist will play a crucial role in expanding Passes' network of creators and fostering meaningful connections within the platform.Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and engaging with potential creators.
• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
• Guiding new creators through the onboarding process.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with newly acquired creators.
• Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for creator acquisition.

Qualifications include:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the creator economy.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
