Intern - Creator Acquisition & Success

Job Description

Passes, founded by Lucy Guo in 2022, is seeking a motivated Creator Acquisition & Success Intern to support their Creator Acquisitions (AE) and Creator Success (CSM) teams. This full-time internship offers hands-on experience in both top-of-funnel outreach and post-onboarding success strategy. The intern will be embedded within the teams responsible for bringing creators onto the platform and ensuring their long-term growth.Passes is looking for someone who is a strong communicator, comfortable with repetitive tasks, highly organized, and genuinely interested in creators and digital media.What this role involves:

• Leading outreach and engagement with creators via DMs and other platform-native touchpoints.
• Sending personalized, strategic outreach messages.
• Supporting AEs in securing qualified meetings.
• Tracking outreach progress and performance.
• Assisting AEs in building sales materials.
• Supporting CSMs by improving onboarding guides and training documentation.
• Contributing to team-wide efforts to build scalable processes and templates.
• Joining cross-functional meetings and supporting special projects.

Requirements:

• A strong communicator with great instincts for tone, personalization, and social platform fluency.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and understands the attention to detail they require.
• Highly organized and self-sufficient, but collaborative and team-minded.
• Genuinely interested in creators, digital media, and platform operations.
• Bonus: Experience in content creation or closely following creators across platforms.
