Passes is seeking an enthusiastic Enablement Coordinator Intern to join their Support & Safety team. This internship offers hands-on experience in learning and development, training, and process documentation. The intern will support the enablement team in creating and delivering training programs, documenting technical processes, and developing training materials. Role Involves:

  • Assisting in creating and delivering training programs.
  • Documenting technical processes and procedures.
  • Developing training materials such as presentations and manuals.
  • Assisting in scheduling and organizing training sessions.
  • Supporting employee onboarding programs.
  • Tracking employee training progress and gathering feedback.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify enablement needs.
  • Contributing ideas to enhance the overall enablement process.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing an MBA or BBA.
  • 1-2 years of experience in learning & development, enablement, or a similar role.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to document technical processes.
  • Ability to translate technical information into clear content.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for the creator economy.
  • Familiarity with training platforms or LMS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles is a plus.
