Job Description
Passes is seeking a PMO Coordinator Intern to support the Support & Safety team. This role is ideal for an MBA student with 1-2 years of project management experience, looking to apply their skills in a dynamic environment. The intern will assist in monitoring project progress, coordinating deliverables, and utilizing project management tools. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Support & Safety team in monitoring and tracking the progress of multiple projects/roadmaps.
  • Help plan, coordinate, and track deliverables, timelines, and resources across several projects to ensure successful delivery.
  • Use and update project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello) to organize tasks, timelines, and resources, ensuring all project stakeholders are aligned.
  • Prepare and distribute project status reports, updates, and dashboards to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project/process documentation and project management templates. Contribute ideas to enhance project management processes and efficiency.
  • Support the identification and tracking of project risks and issues, helping escalate when necessary.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program, with a strong desire to gain hands-on experience in project management.
  • 1-2 years of experience working on projects from initiation to completion.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience with project budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Passion for the creator economy and supporting the success of creators.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
