Trust & Safety Program Manager

Job Description

Passes is seeking a Trust & Safety Program Manager to ensure a safe environment for creators and fans. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, systems-savvy, and policy-experienced.This role involves:

• Troubleshooting potential fraud, moderation, and compliance requests.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve urgent issues.
• Identifying and delivering key resources and initiatives for Trust & Safety.
• Defining and documenting best-in-class standard operating procedures.
• Defining overall T&S strategy and roadmap.
• Monitoring and improving key Trust & Safety metrics and KPIs.
• Leading policy development, maintenance, and deployment.

Requirements include:

• 3-4 years of experience in a support and/or Trust & Safety role.
• Excellent data-driven and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to deliver strong Trust & Safety metrics.
• Passion for the creator economy.
