OpenTable is seeking a Director Sales & Services in Germany to lead restaurant retention, acquisition, and revenue growth. The role involves leading a team of Sales Representatives and Account Managers, navigating local market conditions, and driving innovative strategies. The ideal candidate will have a growth-oriented mindset and strong relationship-building skills.

Role involves:
• Hiring, training, and mentoring a team of Account Managers and Account Executives.
• Identifying key drivers of growth and providing data-driven strategies.
• Fostering strong relationships with key customers.
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of OpenTable products and services.
• Partnering with the regional marketing team to execute B2B and B2C initiatives.
• Collaborating with strategic partners to leverage partnership opportunities.

Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in SaaS sales, strategy, and account management.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing sales and account management teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into strategies.
• Competitive, goal-driven, and results-focused.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Salesforce CRM.
• Native German language skills preferred; excellent English skills essential.
