OpenTable is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to maintain and improve its Salesforce architecture and support the Global Sales & Services team. This role reports to the Senior Manager - Business Optimization and involves partnering cross-functionally with various departments. The Salesforce Administrator will customize OpenTable’s Salesforce instance, focusing on options and standard processes.
Role involves:
Gathering requirements and prioritizing enhancements.
Designing new business processes to improve operational efficiency.
Supporting remote Sales and Services team members.
Answering technical inquiries.
Leading data stewardship efforts.
Requirements:
3-5 years of Salesforce Admin experience (preferably in Lightning).
Experience managing feature requests for Salesforce.
Advanced skills building Salesforce reports/dashboards.
Experience with Salesforce integrations.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
