Job Description
OpenTable is seeking a Senior Engineer, Enterprise Systems to join their Technology Operations organization. This role involves partnering with various teams to build and deliver projects that increase business efficiency and automate global teams’ business processes. The Senior Engineer will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of business-facing products, system enhancements, and critical reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-product improvements and initiatives.
- Write code to implement new tools and platforms, and maintain existing ones.
- Review and update existing integrations.
- Drive architecture evaluations and decisions.
- Build rapport with partners and manage expectations.
- Mentor and lead a team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years writing code, with 3+ years on a FinTech/enterprise technology team.
- Experience deploying JavaScript and TypeScript, PHP code.
- SQL experience.
- Experience developing and integrating financial systems.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
