ShopMy is seeking a Client Strategy Manager to support day-to-day management and overall client satisfaction. The company is revolutionizing digital marketing by connecting brands with top talent. The Client Strategy Manager will play a crucial role in the company's growth, scale, and success by focusing on brand retention and elevating the brand's experience on the platform.Role involves:
  • Creating relationships with brand executives.
  • Partnering with the sales team to understand business goals.
  • Maintaining high retention rates.
  • Navigating key brand partner stakeholders.
  • Creating solutions for day-to-day issues.
  • Delivering timely and accurate support.
  • Escalating product feedback.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years’ experience in client-facing roles.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to upsell and retain clients.
  • Track record of providing elevated client experiences.
  • Ability to connect the dots to offer service, strategies and solutions proactively.
