ShopMy is seeking a Client Strategy Manager to support day-to-day management and overall client satisfaction. The company is revolutionizing digital marketing by connecting brands with top talent. The Client Strategy Manager will play a crucial role in the company's growth, scale, and success by focusing on brand retention and elevating the brand's experience on the platform.Role involves:
- Creating relationships with brand executives.
- Partnering with the sales team to understand business goals.
- Maintaining high retention rates.
- Navigating key brand partner stakeholders.
- Creating solutions for day-to-day issues.
- Delivering timely and accurate support.
- Escalating product feedback.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in client-facing roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to upsell and retain clients.
- Track record of providing elevated client experiences.
- Ability to connect the dots to offer service, strategies and solutions proactively.
