Job Description
Vercel is seeking a Software Engineer to join its Edge team. This role involves scaling and improving Vercel's infrastructure, availability, and reliability. The engineer will collaborate with backend engineers and the product team to identify problems and create tooling and automation. The role requires designing systems, writing code, and debugging systems in production.
Responsibilities:
- Scaling and improving infrastructure.
- Identifying problems and creating tooling and automation.
- Designing systems, writing code, and debugging systems in production.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with high-performance systems in the cloud.
- Knowledge of web servers and network protocols.
- Comfortable in Golang.
- Familiarity with Cloud Services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
