Job Description
Vercel is seeking a Security Product Manager to drive the vision, pricing, and execution of its security products. Security is a top priority for Vercel, and the successful candidate will partner with Engineering and Product leadership to establish Vercel as a leader in the security space. This role offers significant executive visibility.
What this role involves:
- Creating roadmaps for security products like AI threat detection and post-quantum cryptography.
- Collaborating on pricing for new and existing products.
- Refining the "Enterprise security package."
- Staying on top of security trends and identifying emerging vulnerabilities.
Requirements:
- Security Expertise: Deep understanding of OSI L2-L7 and ability to articulate complex security challenges.
- Technical Background: Engineering or technical product management experience.
- Bias towards action: Ability to move quickly and ship things consistently.
- Influence: Ability to earn trust and balance competing priorities.
