Job Description

Vercel is seeking a Sales Development & Pipeline Enablement Specialist to empower Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with the strategies, tools, and best practices needed to build a robust, qualified pipeline. The ideal candidate will have experience as a sales or business development representative and a deep understanding of outbound prospecting methodologies.

The role involves:

  • Designing and implementing enablement programs focused on prospecting strategies.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to create compelling outbound sequences.
  • Curating and amplifying customer success stories.
  • Developing and refining training on Vercel’s core messaging.
  • Optimizing usage of go-to-market tools.
  • Identifying gaps and areas for improvement.

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience as an SDR/BDR.
  • Experience creating outbound sales sequences.
  • Expertise with modern prospecting tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally.
  • Passion for coaching and training.
