Job Description
Vercel is seeking a Sales Development & Pipeline Enablement Specialist to empower Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with the strategies, tools, and best practices needed to build a robust, qualified pipeline. The ideal candidate will have experience as a sales or business development representative and a deep understanding of outbound prospecting methodologies.
The role involves:
- Designing and implementing enablement programs focused on prospecting strategies.
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to create compelling outbound sequences.
- Curating and amplifying customer success stories.
- Developing and refining training on Vercel’s core messaging.
- Optimizing usage of go-to-market tools.
- Identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
Requirements include:
- Proven experience as an SDR/BDR.
- Experience creating outbound sales sequences.
- Expertise with modern prospecting tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally.
- Passion for coaching and training.
