Responsibilities: - Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Developing and executing data-driven CRM campaigns.
- Focusing on player acquisition strategies for emerging markets.
- Performing post-campaign analysis and providing actionable recommendations.
- Conducting A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to provide data insights.
- Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports.
- Utilizing SQL and BI tools to extract, analyze, and interpret data.
- Supporting segmentation strategies and personalization efforts.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Management, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, market research, and customer segmentation.
- Experience in developing acquisition strategies for emerging markets.
- High proficiency in SQL, with PostgreSQL experience preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of HTML; JavaScript skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and data-driven mindset.
