Junior Financial Research Associate

Job Description

YipitData is seeking a Junior Financial Research Associate to join their Investor Research team. This role involves supporting senior research team members in tasks such as answering client emails, analyzing data trends, and delivering custom data slices using SQL/Python. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in financial banking or investment research and strong analytical and communication skills.

• Supporting the Research Analyst in analyzing financial models and identifying segment-level trends.
• Working with large datasets to answer client questions.
• Becoming a trusted resource for internal stakeholders and sector teams.
• Improving products and increasing coverage by maintaining product integrity.
• Sharpening SQL and Python skills.

• 1-2 years of experience in financial banking or investment research.
• Experience as a research or data analyst, ideally with some exposure to SQL.
