YipitData is seeking a Junior Research Associate to join their Investor Research team. The successful candidate will support senior research team members in developing fundamental research for subscription-based data products. This role involves analyzing data trends, answering client emails, and delivering custom data via SQL/Python.

Role Involves:

• Supporting the Research Analyst in analyzing financial models.
• Identifying segment-level trends.
• Conveying client-facing takeaways.
• Working with massive amounts of data to answer clients’ key questions.
• Improving products and increasing coverage.
• Sharpening SQL and Python skills.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in financial banking or investment research.
• Strong understanding of business fundamentals.
• Experience as a research or data analyst, ideally with some exposure to SQL.
• Strong attention to detail and methodical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for making a big impact at a rapidly growing company.
